KOVU LTD is responsible for personal information you provide when contacting us about our business or supplier partnerships.

Information we receive

When you contact us by email, we may receive your name, business contact details, company name, message and any information you choose to share. Our website does not currently accept payments or collect enquiry form submissions.

How we use it

We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, consider prospective supplier relationships and maintain necessary business records. Depending on the circumstances, our lawful basis may be legitimate interests, steps prior to a contract, contractual necessity or legal obligations.

Storage and sharing

Business communications may be processed by our email and hosting providers. Like many websites, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for site delivery and security. We currently load web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information. We do not sell enquiry contact details. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose and any applicable legal requirements.

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, subject to applicable exceptions. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
